You stop blending in.
Most care brands lean on the same blues and the same stock smiles. Yours should read as the specific company you are, so the right families remember it.
Home & social care · UK & Ireland
Brands and websites that read as confidently as the care you deliver. So you stand out from the look-alikes, earn families' trust, and attract good carers.
Most care companies look alike and sound alike. A brand built properly moves three things families and carers actually notice.
Most care brands lean on the same blues and the same stock smiles. Yours should read as the specific company you are, so the right families remember it.
People judge care by how it looks long before they read a word. When everything feels considered, families expect the care behind it to be considered too.
Carers have options. Looking like somewhere worth working, not just somewhere hiring, helps the right ones choose you, and stay once they do.
Home visits, supported living, a care home, a community service. The work is different in each, and the brand should know the difference. We only work in care, so we already do.

Care in people's own homes, where trust is the whole job.

Helping people live as independently as they can.

A place families have to feel sure about before they choose.

Who we are
Caia is a two-person studio. We used to take whatever design work came our way. Now we point it at care companies, where strong branding is rare and the trust it earns counts for the most.
Farias leads the design and builds the work. Palmira leads the client side, so the people we work with feel looked after from the first email. The people doing the work are the people you talk to.

For care companies, that one thing is what families see first: the brand and the website, built to work as one.
You leave with a kit you can actually use: the files, the fonts, and plain rules for keeping it consistent.
Built to load fast and stay simple to update, with nothing you have to pay someone else to touch.
The launch set, ready to use and reuse: templates you can run yourself, not pieces you have to come back to us for.
Two care companies we took from brand to live website. Here's the result, and what they made of it.

The things care owners tend to ask before they commit. Here is where we stand on each.
It depends on scope, so we quote per project instead of posting a number that would only mislead you. A brand with a built site sits higher than a brand on its own. You get a fixed figure before work starts, and it holds unless the scope itself changes.
A brand-and-site project usually runs a few weeks, not months. We set the dates up front and hold to them. Most of the waiting tends to be feedback on your side, so the quicker you reply, the quicker it ships.
Calmly. We present the work privately, shape it with you until it's right, then it's yours. No public pitch theatre, no pressure to decide on the spot, and a short, clear set of stages so you always know what's happening and what comes next.
Both, and designing them together is the point. The site people actually visit ends up matching the brand you paid to define. You can take the brand on its own if that's all you need, though most care companies want it built into a working site.
You own all of it. The brand, the site, the source files, yours to keep with no lock-in. We hand everything over organised, with a short guide, so your team or your next developer can carry on without us. If you'd rather we stayed on to keep it growing, we can do that too.
Yes. We won't replace something that already works just to bill for it. Often the logo stays and everything around it gets sharper. We'll tell you plainly whether a refresh is worth the cost or whether the budget is better spent elsewhere.
Care is where we focus. Knowing the sector means we design for the families and carers you serve, not a generic template. We do take the occasional project outside it, but care is the work we say yes to first.
Send us a note about your company and where you're stuck. We'll set up a short call to talk it through, then put a clear proposal in front of you with scope, price and dates. No obligation to go ahead.
